When you provide us with your personal details—such as your name, address, email, and phone number; rest assured that we do not share, sell, or disclose this information to any third party. Your data is confidential and will be used solely to enhance your experience and support your customer relationship with us.
 

To ensure the utmost security of your information, we employ robust security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration.

Furthermore, we acknowledge and respect the intellectual property rights associated with the content of our website. All materials, including design, graphics, and text, are copyrighted assets owned by Mountain View Inn Hotel. Any trademarks, company names, product names, or logos displayed on our website belong to their respective owners. We appreciate your trust in us and remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security for our valued guests.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the 4pm arrival are no charge. Cancellations within the 72 hours prior to the 4 pm check in will result in a cancellation charge of one night plus taxes for regular reservations. Holidays and long weekend cancellations are subject to a three nights plus taxes cancellation fee. This charge is also applicable to reservations that are modified by decreasing the stay time within 72 hour of arrival. Christmas/New Year's (Dec.23th - Jan.1) reservations require full payment via credit card by December 1 and cancellations made after December 1 will be charged four nights, room and tax.

Guarantee policy

PAYMENT CONDITIONS--It is the policy of this hotel that the FULL AMOUNT of your stay will be charged on the credit card of your choice 72 hours prior your arrival. At check in, we will also hold an additional $100 per room on the credit card as a damage deposit. This will be released upon check out.

PLEASE NOTE: A reservation is only considered guaranteed if the amounts owing on your booking can be processed to your credit card. If the credit card does decline, we will not consider the reservation guaranteed and reserve the right to cancel your booking if we cannot contact you and obtain updated credit card details. The damage deposit amount will be returned upon check-out once an inspection of the room has been completed and all subsequent keys have been returned. Once you have accepted our policy, you authorize that the credit card provided is valid and in your name. You authorize the payment for the room charges and additional charges to be billed to your credit card in the event of damages to the room, noise disturbances charges and circumstances that create additional expenses to the Mountain View Inn.

PLEASE NOTE: If a guest is unable to arrive before 10:30pm, we will process the hold (pre-authorization of the room total plus the $100 damage deposit) prior to our departure at 11pm. Your credit card must be presented upon arrival at hotel, accompanied with photo identification. If for any reason you are unable to provide a credit card for the above damage deposit, a $100 cash deposit can be left with reception. This cash amount will be returned upon check-out (between the hours of 7am and 11am) once an inspection of the room has been completed and all subsequent keys have been returned. Once you have accepted our policy, you authorize that the credit card provided is valid and in your name.

You authorize the payment for the room charges and additional charges to be billed to your credit card in the event of damages to the room, noise disturbances charges and circumstances that create additional expenses to the Mountain View Inn. Additional charges may be assessed, but are not limited to:


1. Cost of replacing or repairing furnishings, kitchenware, linen, or any other item in the room booked.
2. Excessive noise after 10 pm that results in disturbing the quality of stay for fellow guests will result in a $200 penalty.
3. Additional cleaning required due to disrespectful disposal of garbage or recycling.
4. A minimum charge of $500.00 will be levied in the event if smoking occurs in the room.
5. Occupancy of the room without authorization later than 11 am on check out day.
6. Loss of room Keys will result in a $100 charge per key.

Pet policy

Mountain View Inn is not a pet-friendly Hotel. If the management identifies that you have a pet during your stay will result in $250 fine.

Parking policy

Please note starting June 1st, 2024, the parking lot will be managed by Indigo. A daily parking fee of $5 will apply to all reservations made after that date. The lot operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, you will need to park on the street until a space becomes available. You must register your vehicle at check-in. Unregistered vehicles or vehicles without a parking pass may be towed. Registered guests are responsible for informing other members of their party about this policy.

Due to limited parking, we cannot accommodate buses, trailers, boats, RVs, or campers.  We do not provide bike storage, and bikes are not allowed inside the building.
